Nitro Pro 13 hangs when opened

Hello,  

Nitro Pro 13 is hanging when it opened either if it was started with or without pdf file

and this issue happening in two PCs so far, I already tried repairing and reinstalling and still the same problem

Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Also, do you have custom fonts installed on your machine? If yes and you have back-ups, would it be possible uninstalling them to see if that fixes the slowness?
