randybw1 Posted February 20, 2020 Report Share Posted February 20, 2020 I have a user that has been on NitroPro 12 for months, a week or so ago it kicked her to trial mode. I tried to use her keycode to re-activate and it says -20:Error - Invalid License number. The serial number entered does not exist. I got frustrated and bought a new keycode, installed version 13 and it does the same the thing? Obviously I want her keycode to work as we can use the new keycode for someone else. Please help.
