CLH 0 Report post Posted February 20, 2020 I have a new computer and am trying to activate my Nitro Pro. I have gone to support and deactivated account as suggested and tried numerous times to re-activate and still receive the 23 error code. Any help would be greatly appreciated! In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number. To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
