unable to activate my product or contact support

Hi-  I bought a new computer and I am unable to activate Nitro Pro through the automated or copy/paste manual method.  I am also unable to submit a support ticket.  


How can I get my product activated?

Hello Brenden,

This is a Nitro Pro 12 key. Please make sure you have the correct version installed.

Kindly uninstall Nitro Pro completely, then use the installer for version 12 from here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate > Enter your serial number

If it directs you to do manual activation, please follow the steps here: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000004490

When doing a manual activation, please ensure the following are observed:

1. Ensure that the correct version of Nitro Pro is installed.
2. The right serial number is used.
3. The right installation ID is copied.
4. The right activation certificate is entered.
