Lost serial no

I have been using Nitro Pro 9 and would like to upgrade to latest version, however, I have lost my serial no for 7 & 9. Help.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

To upgrade your Nitro Pro 9, kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your serial number (that I just sent you privately): https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13.
