angeloio 0 Report post Posted February 23, 2020 (edited) Dear All. I had installed Nitro Pro on two computers: my Desktop and my Laptop. For some strange reason Nitro Pro 12 on laptop reverted back to Trial mode. I tried EVERYTHING. Called cleverbridge! Uninstalled and re-installed! Went to your licencing portal and deactivated BOTH LICENCES!! Tried to activate it but always I get the same "Error 23 License Number Already in use" I even tried manual re-activation and went to https://www.internetactivation.com/ECOSYSTEM/ActivationServer/tiactivate/default.aspx but again no success. Says the licence is already in use. S/N: *** Installation ID (on laptop) *** Now BOTH licences are DEACTIVATED 😞 Please help Edited February 24, 2020 by Leslie V.
