Glen Lynch Posted February 24, 2020 Report Posted February 24, 2020 I'm on the trial version of Nitro Pro. I added text boxes to several pdf docs and they looked fine in Nitro. When I opened the same docs in Adobe Reader to make sure they would look right when emailing, the text box is glitched and Adobe gives an error code "The font " contains bad /Flags" Is this because I'm in a trial version? I'll buy the product if that's the issue. I don't want to buy it if my edits can't be seen by Adobe Reader users.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted February 24, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Posted February 24, 2020 Hello @Glen Lynch, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! To further assist you, you have a couple of options below: 1. Change the font to one that is supported by Adobe Reader 2. Print the document using the save to PDF option within Nitro Pro (please note that this will not preserve interactive elements such as form fields) Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
Glen Lynch Posted February 24, 2020 Author Report Posted February 24, 2020 That did it. Thanks AllainU!
