Julia Kelly Posted February 24, 2020 Report Share Posted February 24, 2020 We have updated our server and had to reinstall Nitro Pro onto my computer. I have deactivated the previous one as per the instructions however every time I try to activie the new program it is telling me that my Serial Number doesn't exist.
