ICU013 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2020 Hi, I'm using Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112 and am trying to reactivate on my laptop after some formats/motherboard replacement and I'm being told there are no licences available. When I look at the activating portal to deactivate licences, I see the below which I assume is fine: Version 12 Status active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 Do you have any ideas on how i can re-activate my laptop? To further assist you, I highly recommend updating to Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574 using below direct installer links: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
