I originally bought version 6 online and was sent a backup disc. I have installed version 6 off the disc but when I try to activate it , I get the message: serial number does not exist. Have you installed Nitro Pro 13 instead of Nitro Pro 6? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 6? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Do you now have a Windows 10 operating system on your new machine? Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. Before continuing, Nitro Pro 6 was developed, released and then eventually discontinued prior to Windows 10 being released which is why there is no compatibility from the get-go. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy If you are interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 6 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13. If you prefer staying with Nitro Pro 6, uninstall Nitro Pro 13, reboot your machine and download Nitro Pro 6 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464 If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
