Outlook Quick Print / Missing messages

We upgraded a users computer. They were previously using Nitro Pro version 10 with Outlook 2013. We are now using Nitro Pro 11.0.8.470 still with Outlook 2013. When they use the Quick Print feature in Outlook some of the messages/attachments are not making it to the printer. If they send 15 they might only have 7 print. I tried reinstalling version 10 and this fixed the problem, but we were not able to activate the older version so I had to put 11 back on. Any suggestions to help this Quick Print issue?
