Can't Activete

Was just using Nitro Pro 13.2.3.26 and the program locked up on a small .pdf file. Now when I open Nitro it says I have an Expired Trial. Clicking on Activate does nothing. Tried several times. Did a Windows 10 System Restore, same problem. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled Nitro and the same thing happens "Expired Trial". Went to support site and found:

When I put in my serial number, a window pops up:

"licenses.go.nitro.com says 

"Please enter a valid serial number.

OK"

Not OK, because this is getting frustrating. I am using the serial # from the email when I paid for the program.

I am pleased to inform you that we have release Nitro Pro 13.8.2.140 that addresses this reverting to 'Expired Trial' issue so kindly update using below direct installers for the most updated build:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
