Tamiazzo
Was just using Nitro Pro 13.2.3.26 and the program locked up on a small .pdf file. Now when I open Nitro it says I have an Expired Trial. Clicking on Activate does nothing. Tried several times. Did a Windows 10 System Restore, same problem. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled Nitro and the same thing happens "Expired Trial". Went to support site and found: Need Help Activating Nitro Pro?* Follow these simple steps, and restore your productivity in seconds. If you recently switched computers, upgraded your operating system, experienced a computer crash, or noticed that Nitro Pro has reverted to Trial mode, you may have trouble re-activating your license. To begin fixing the problem, please input your Nitro Pro serial number below and click “Find License.” When I put in my serial number, a window pops up: "licenses.go.nitro.com says "Please enter a valid serial number. OK" Not OK, because this is getting frustrating. I am using the serial # from the email when I paid for the program.
