TMPRick
Hello, I am getting this problem as well. When in an email in Outlook with a .pdf attachment, if I select "Quick Print", in some instances my printer will go into a "printing" mode (where the display on the printer will read "Printing") and just hang preventing anything else from printing. In order to reset, I turn off the printer, stop and start "Spooler" service, turn the printer on, cancel any documents in the printer queue, test print a document (like a MS Word Doc), and perform the the "Quick Print" again... which then prints successfully. So far this "reset" has always worked for me but obviously, this is a huge pain to have to perform. I can't say that this occurs on a consistent basis but I do "Quick Prints" several times a work day and would have to perform this "reset" about every three to four days. Of note though, when this happens, I can still select another printer on the network and it will print fine.
