Can’t Create/Print New PDF Files (Printer In Error State)

Recommended Posts

Mark Seeley

I am running Nitro Pro 11.0.7.425 and license appears to be active.

I cannot create a new PDF file when printing from any Microsoft product (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc).  I get the "Printer Is In An Error State" message and the file seem to go into the print cue.

Please advise as this is seriously affecting my job.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Mark

Hello @Mark Seeley,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
