donal.odonovan@atrgroup.ie 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2020 I have tried every step by step instruction I have found to uninstall as well as install these versions of Nitro, please read and let me know what I'm missing and if there is a known bug for windows 10 that I need to know about: Trying to uninstall Nitro Pro 9 - cannot figure it out for the life of me on Windows 10 I have successfully deactivated using the original purchase serial number. I have downloaded Nitro on my new win 10 laptop and I am getting an error message, stating that the Serial number does not exist. I have then followed the "submit a support request" followed the steps, multiple times to no avail. What is going on? How do I activate my Nitro product ?? Please ensure you have the correct version installed, otherwise, you'll get an error message when you use your serial numbers to activate. You can find the Nitro Pro 9 installers from here: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
