I have uninstalled a once in the past to try and fix issues and I uninstalled again recently due to our upgrading to Windows 10 (again having issues). And now it's not letting me re-activate. The message I am getting when I try to "Deactivate" through your engine, is "Sorry. You may only deactivate 0 devices." Please let me know how I can reinstall my software.
