This issue occurs when Nitro Pro has been open and idle for some time and Nitro Pro loses connection to Nitro Cloud services. We are working on a solution with an update to Nitro Pro 13 in the near future. You can always find the latest build of Nitro on the following page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads In the meantime, you can click through the messages to continue to use Nitro Pro, or sign back in to connect to your Nitro Cloud account.
