An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401).

Does anyone know what causes this error when you try to open a pdf file?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

This issue occurs when Nitro Pro has been open and idle for some time and Nitro Pro loses connection to Nitro Cloud services.

We are working on a solution with an update to Nitro Pro 13 in the near future. You can always find the latest build of Nitro on the following page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

In the meantime, you can click through the messages to continue to use Nitro Pro, or sign back in to connect to your Nitro Cloud account.

This has been an issue for some time, and the copy & paste comments by reps is not helping.  Do you have an estimate when this will be fixed?  Very tiresome.

Nitro devs...are you really working on a fix for this? It was first reported in December 2019.
