I like specific shortcuts on my Quick Access Tool Bar but only the basics (Open, Save, print, undo and redo) will remain on the tool bar when I close out of the program. Almost every day I have to go into the customization menu to add the page layout options I want as well as Close and Save As. For whatever reason, my customized tool bar won't stay saved. Any thoughts?
