franover92 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2020 Good day, I've been trying to install the Microsoft Office add-ins, but every time I try to do it, it gives me an error saying "Unable to update Microsoft Word add-in" (or the Microsoft app that I try). I have Microsoft Office 365, and Nitro Pro 13.9.1.155. I've run as administrator the Nitro Pro app, and tried to add them on "Support tools" option, and also runned as administrator the app "NitroPDFSupportTools" and didn't work. Also, I've tried to reinstall Nitro Pro, but did not work as well. Is there any other troubleshooting that I can try to fix this? Thanks a lot for your help.
