-23 Error when activating Nitro Pro 10

My company has a Nitro Pro 10 license with 145 activations on it with 96 in use (as per the tool on your site here: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal). We have been able to successfully install Nitro on a number of machines without issues, but we just recently ran into a machine where it keeps getting a "-23: Error - License number already used" message when trying to active. We've already tried uninstalling the software and trying again multiple times without success. It seems to be related to the machine as I recently tried an activation on a completely separate machine and it went through without a hitch.

Any ideas?

On the machine you're having issue activating, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Our record shows you are experiencing an issue activating the license is because the computer that the software was installed on did not generate a proper Computer ID (which is a Nitro-specific ID, which generates a unique Computer ID for each computer that the software is installed on). Instead, a Computer ID of all '0's was generated.

Also, if you are interested in upgrading your Nitro Pro 10 license to Nitro Pro 13, please let me know and I will ensure someone from our Sales team reaches out with the quote.
