Illumous Posted February 27, 2020 Report Share Posted February 27, 2020 My company has a Nitro Pro 10 license with 145 activations on it with 96 in use (as per the tool on your site here: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal). We have been able to successfully install Nitro on a number of machines without issues, but we just recently ran into a machine where it keeps getting a "-23: Error - License number already used" message when trying to active. We've already tried uninstalling the software and trying again multiple times without success. It seems to be related to the machine as I recently tried an activation on a completely separate machine and it went through without a hitch. Any ideas?
