Activation Not Working

Hi,

I have one of the old versions of Nitro Pro and recently replaced my computer. I get error -23 when I try to reactivate the product. At the same time licence activation tool shows my license is inactive. Kindly request your help for activation.

I have inspected your Nitro Pro 6 and found out that this is already deactivated on our end as it went to a version upgrade.

When an upgrade happens, the older version gets deactivated on our end and users are provided with a new license to match their upgrade version.

To further assist you, you may download Nitro Pro 7 installers from this page:  https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number (sent to you privately).

 

Alternatively, if you are interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 7 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 

You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13.
