Stacy 0 Report post Posted February 28, 2020 I've deactivated my NitroPro 10.5 from the old laptop to move to my new laptop for work. It takes the serial # but then wants me to 'deactivate' and then 'activate' again. When I deactivate it says 0 users to deactivate. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available. As a courtesy, you may download Nitro Pro 10 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464 If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
