Activation issues triggered by Windows Update

Hi,

I am using Nitro Pro13 on Windows 10 64- bit. I just performed a system upgrade and Nitro is now telling me I have a licence issue and to reactivate. When I try to reactivate by clicking the reactivate button nothing happens, no screens load to allow me to enter my serial number. I uninstalled and reinstalled Nitro to no effect. I need to get this reactivated asap.
