BenjaminCaldwell 0 Report post Posted February 29, 2020 Hi, I am using Nitro Pro13 on Windows 10 64- bit. I just performed a system upgrade and Nitro is now telling me I have a licence issue and to reactivate. When I try to reactivate by clicking the reactivate button nothing happens, no screens load to allow me to enter my serial number. I uninstalled and reinstalled Nitro to no effect.
