License Activation Does Not Stick after Replacing the Hard Drive

I just replaced the hard drive on my laptop. Nitro Professional asked for license activation again.  I deactivated the old activation and reactivated which seemed to have worked just fine.  However, Nitro Professional asks license activation again after each reboot.  I even unistall/reinstall Nitro Professional but still the same.  How can I make the license activation stick?  Thank you!

Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

Also, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?
