Nitro Pro 13 full product reverts to trial

Purchased NitroPro 13 four months ago and suddenly reverted to "expired trial mode".  The activation button doesn't work, ever after reinstall.  Sent a message to Cleverbridge a week ago but no response/action.  Anybody had similar problems and can suggest a fix?
