John A Posted March 2, 2020 Report Share Posted March 2, 2020 I have Pro 13 bought in Nov 2019 for a Dell desktop. I bought an HP laptop this week and trying to install the 2nd use. It says my serial number is invalid. Frustrated that there is no phone or chat feature and I have to join a "Community" for help. I did uninstall, reinstall, etc. Didn't work. Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. The "invalid serial number" error message you are getting is because of the wrong version installed. Please uninstall completely and also remove previously downloaded installers of Nitro from your Downloads folder. Then get the version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Please let me know if you have other questions.
