Not able to save .docx conversion onto network drive

Recommended Posts

Rob L-W

I have a client who cannot seem to save .PDF to .docx conversion onto their QNAP NAS.

The users are trying to save them into their personal folders which users have "Full Control" permissions for their respective folders. They are;

-Able to save conversion locally onto their computer and then manually move it onto the NAS

-Able to save the PDF straight to the network folder in question

Company does not run on a domain and is using local users to log in and QNAP credentials to access network folders.

I have researched this issue but have not come across helpful information.

Thanks in advance,

Hello @Rob L-W

Thanks for reaching out to us!

So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following:

- What exact version of Nitro you are using (You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.)
- The serial number so I can check the account
- A sample file we can test
- Your OS (and also whether it is 32-bit or 64 bit?)
- The exact steps you are taking
- A screenshot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving

I look forward to your response.
