Rob L-W
Hi, I have a client who cannot seem to save .PDF to .docx conversion onto their QNAP NAS. The users are trying to save them into their personal folders which users have "Full Control" permissions for their respective folders. They are; -Able to save conversion locally onto their computer and then manually move it onto the NAS -Able to save the PDF straight to the network folder in question Company does not run on a domain and is using local users to log in and QNAP credentials to access network folders. I have researched this issue but have not come across helpful information. Thanks in advance, Rob
