Serial number not accepted

Good day,

 

I recently had a computer update and Nitro Pro 13 went back to trial version. I went to support and when asked to enter the serial number I did, but got the message that the serial number was not valid. I did not type a wrong number - I copy pasted. Please help. Thank you.

I am pleased to inform you that we have release Nitro Pro 13.8.2.140 that addresses this reverting to 'Expired Trial' issue so kindly update using below direct installers for the most updated build:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.

Should the program reverted to 'Trial' or 'Expired Trial' again, please do not hesitate to reach-out again by replying to this thread.

With regard to the message your serial number is invalid, kindly note that our Activation Portal as of the moment can only accept serial numbers with format 23460x-xxxxxx-xxxxxx where 'x' are random numbers.

With the release of Nitro Pro 13, it is now using a different format (5049xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and will soon be integrated into the same portal in the next coming months. As much as we would like to provide an ETA, it is not yet available.
