You have to make sure to install the correct version so you won't get that error message. Gab 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2020 I installed Pro 7 and the create PDF and Combine features are not working. I get the following message: There was a problem converting one or more of the selected source files to PDF. Nitro Pro was unable to combine these files. I had installed a trial of the new Pro which had expired. I thought maybe that was causing the error. I wasn't able to uninstall it through the regular method. I was finally able to delete some files but don't think I got rid of everything. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! Gab 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2020 I installed Nitro 13 trial and I believe that's why I'm getting the error now that I have installed Nitro 7. I believe there is some file on my computer from the Nitro 13 install that is preventing the Nitro 7 serial number key from working. Please escalate this concern. I don't think this is a Nitro 7 issue, I believe it is a Nitro 13 install issue. For some reason something is not getting deleted when I uninstall Nitro 13 and that is preventing the Nitro 7 from working properly. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
