kevin_crafton@mytexpolymer Posted March 5, 2020 Report Share Posted March 5, 2020 Support, We have a 12 user license and on the license portal it shows all 12 in use but we have only 7 working copies currently. I know one of the 5 held licenses is from a computer crash last week and we recently went through a Windows 10 upgrade so others probably weren't deactivated prior to the upgrade.
