Ronald Kohl Posted March 6, 2020 Report Share Posted March 6, 2020 (edited) In seeing if there was any update of Nitro Pro 13 that might have fixed the maddening, delayed, off-position blinking cursor problem, I entered my serial number, a valid number received in the body of my email from Cleverbridge confirming my order, and got the response, "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." This is the requested post.
