Steve King Posted March 6, 2020 Report Share Posted March 6, 2020 A recent windows update seems to have changed something, and my copy of Nitro Pro 10 no longer works. I have deactivated the license in the portal and confirmed that there are NO active installations for my license key. However, I'm still getting Error 23 saying my license key has already been used. I've restarted the program and have attempted re-activation multiple times, same results. Please let me know what steps I must take to get this working again ASAP.
