In order to clear the Computer ID of your laptop, please provide the ID that was generated by your Nitro Pro 13 on your desktop by following the workflow as shown below: Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate Nitro Pro on your new laptop by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
