Alfredo Osorio 0 Report post Posted March 10, 2020 I am using Nitro Pro 13. I have a couple of QuickSign signatures stored. I can use them without a problem. The issue comes with the Digital Signatures.I have also several Digital IDs I created over the years for different purposes. However when I try to sign a document going the following route: Certify Document>Sign>Place Signature and it opens a window with Signature Profiles which is empty and only the "Create" box is not shadowed. However if I click on "Create" Nitro Pro crashes. This has happened several times. What am I doing wrong? I recently created a new Digital ID, stored in my computer however there is no Signature Profile created. How do I create one? Alfredo Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
