Can't activate on my new laptop, now come to the old one!

I purchased Nitro Pro last November, the serial number is 5049ww-xxxxxx-yyyyyy.

It worked just fine on two of my laptops, but I guess the limit is 3 and I couldn't get it on my new laptop this January. 

Now, the license got de-activate for no reason on my old laptop. Whenever I start it, it says "I need to re-activate the license, the error code- 2023." Then when I click activate on the window showed up later, there's no response, so I had to click cancel every time. I tried to reinstall it, log in with an email, nothing worked.

Since I just purchased it last November, I would like to get some help getting back to my Nitro Pro.

Upon checking our records, I was able to see that you have purchased a single user license. A single-user license can be used on two machines as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA):

'Licensee may install one copy of the Licensed Software on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the Licensed Software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is NOT USED at the same time as the software on the primary computer.'


With regard to the reverting to Trial Expired and getting the error code 2023, we are pleased to informed you that we have released a recent update that addresses this issue so kindly update by downloading the direct installers below:
