LRLong 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2020 Lost my old PC with NP 12 installed. Had to install NP 12 on new Win 10 PC with my valid serial number. Followed the "deactivation" steps - says there are Zero Activated. But I still get -23 Error license already used. So I am stuck using the Acrobat Reader, and since I am not VIP, no tech support. I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Cheers!
