Outlook 2016 PDF Viewer Freezing

Whenever i have more than one pdf attached to an email in Outlook 2016 (Office 365 32bit), Outlook freezes. It takes around 60-120 seconds to unfreeze and then display the preview for the pdf.

I'm a 12 pro user but for testing i even upgraded to 13 trial to see if that fixed the issue. No luck. Any ideas?

Windows 10 64 bit 1909
