Trouble with license and activation

I have switched computers and managed to deactivate the original license from the following version:
 
Nitro Pro
v11.0,3.134
144682141757xxxxxx
 
I looked for the same version to install on the new PC but only found the newer version of Nitro Pro. When trying to activate v13.9.1.155 I receive the following message:
 
"The serial number entered does not exist." 
 
I then attempted manual activation but was given the message:
 
"Invalid License Code" 
 
Please help, thank you.

I am afraid I am unable to find a purchase under your name or email address. In order to help you with your request, can you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro.
-A copy of the order invoice.

If you purchased this directly through our online store, I will be able to find a record of this. If you purchased through a reseller of Nitro, you will need to contact them directly as we do not have records of their purchases.

I'm having the same issue as the user above, however I can't deactivate because it says I have 0 deactivations but 2 available.

Not sure how to activate nitro on my new computer with the error message.  I have all of the information to prove the purchase including serial number.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

If you would like to activate your Nitro Pro 12 program, please be informed that 'The serial number entered does not exist' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro so kindly follow these steps:
 
1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer by going to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features then reboot the machine.

2. Please clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

3. Download your Nitro Pro 12 using these offline link/s:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

4. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.

Hi!

Cant still activate my Nitro Pro 13... I reinstalled windows. I try now reinstall NItro, but it says, that activations limit exceeded. It is the same computer.

I bought program in 6.03.2020. The trial ends after 14 days. I hope I dont need to buy new licence?

I am having similar issues as others.

I have a new computer and I would like to install Nitro v13.13.2.242

When I enter the serial number, I get the message You have reached the maximum number of installations….

I go to Submit a support request which takes to Submit a Support Ticket

I fill out the details which eventually leads me to Need Help Activation Nitro Pro

When I input the Nitro Pro serial number, I get a popup saying please enter a valid serial number, which I did.

 To download Nitro Pro 13, I used a link that was emailed to me on the 30/12/19 I am also using the same serial number.

When I enter my serial number for v 12 it takes me to a page to deactivate a computer which I did but I am unable to do this for v 13.

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Kindly note that our Activation Portal as of the moment can only accept serial numbers with format 23460x-xxxxxx-xxxxxx where 'x' are random numbers.

With the release of Nitro Pro 13, it is now using a different format (5049xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and will soon be integrated into the same portal in the next coming months. As much as we would like to provide an ETA, it is not yet available.

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
