Need to reinstall on new computer...number of licenses exceeded issue

I had to get a new computer and I am getting an error when trying to put serial number into Nitro Pro.

It says I have exceeded my license installs...the serial number needs to be reset for the new computer.

There are other support places where I've tried to input hte number and it claims it's not valid.  Here is a copy of the purchase information.

Please reset ASAP so I can get back to work.
