Comment bubbles Showing when viewed on Adobe reader after adding Watermark

I have a document that I have added a Watermark to in Nitro Pro. When I send it to a user, as well as the watermark, the person sees comment bubbles for all the comments on the document. When I send the PDF without the watermark the comments bubbles don't show
