pshea 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2020 I downloaded Nitro onto a newer laptop that I have had for a few months. The application as well as the PDFs do not look right. It's a little blurry. This is the only application that has that has this issue. If I change some of the compatibility settings it gets a crisper image but then all the icons and writing are too messed up. What is the fix to this issue since I apparently don't have the ability to open a support ticket? Do you not support high dpi maybe or have a problem with DPI scaling? The PDFs and all other applications look great except for this one application. All the PDFs look fine in other applications and browsers as well. Thanks! We do support it so kindly run Nitro Pro with higher DPI mode by referring to these steps: 1. Right-click Nitro Pro desktop shortcut or the NitroPDF.exe (by default is installed in C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13) then select Properties 2. Nitro Pro Properties window will open, click on Compatibility tab 3. Under Settings, click on Change high DPI settings. 4. Another Nitro Pro Properties window will open. 5. Enable 'Override high DPI scaling behavior' 6. OK > OK to save the setting and test Nitro Pro again. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
