Unable to activate

I've uninstalled Nitro Pro 13, but when I try to reinstall it, it says that my number of device have maxed out. I did indeed de-activate my license prior to the uninstallation.

Upon checking our records, I can see you were able to activate on one machine.

Are you having issue activating on your second machine? If yes, could you please provide the exact error message you are receiving?

Finally, I was able to activate it at a later time. Seems that there's a couple hours delay before being able to do a re-activation.
