Best Solution for 5 Users on Terminal Server

We have purchased 5 Nitro Productivity Suite licenses, under the impression that we could activate them for concurrent use on a virtual terminal server. Is this possible, if so how can it be done?

If your virtual terminal server is hosted in Azure or Hyper-V, kindly note you will need to purchase an Enterprise license that accepts a license-file, instead of a serial number. This license-file uses another licensing model that works perfectly with virtual environments.
