Unable to re-activate or activate

Purchased a license for Nitro Pro on 11/26/2019.  I have the cleverbridge ref number and S/N.   Today the program said I do not have a license.  I attempted to re-activate but the interface says the S/N is not valid, or something similar.  Uninstalled the program, cleared cookies, temp files, etc., re-boot, downloaded execute file, installed, attempted to activate, same result.    Not aware of any computer problems here. No recent updates or crashes.  Using Windows 10 Pro on a Dell Laptop.

This error message is usually popping up if the wrong version is installed.

Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

If the error message continues, please send me the serial number you are trying to use so I can check.
