Unable to activate NitroPro12 - Incorrect computer ID showing

Hi Folks,

We have a 20 license activation key and I can currently see via the portal that only 6 keys are active, I've got a couple of users who are trying to activate but are getting a -23: Error License number already used, I've asked them to check the computer ID in the Activation / Advanced and they are both showing:

Computer ID: 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000

Installation ID: 00000000000000000000xxxxxxxxxxxx (numbers replaced by x)

I'm guessing that's likely the problem, they have tried installation and re-installing but the problem still persists.

Any Advice please.
