License Deactivation on Computer - No Longer Working

Hi, I have the Nitro Productivity Suite installed on a computer that is no longer working.  When I tried to install it on a different laptop, after wiping two others that previously had the license installed, I am now receiving an error message stating my license is not valid.  Can you please assist?

Can you please send me the serial number you were trying to use? I cannot locate your serial number using the email address you provided.

Hello @NikkiEndy

Please uninstall Nitro Pro and reinstall Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
