NikkiEndy 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2020 Hi, I have the Nitro Productivity Suite installed on a computer that is no longer working. When I tried to install it on a different laptop, after wiping two others that previously had the license installed, I am now receiving an error message stating my license is not valid. Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted March 24, 2020 Hello @NikkiEndy Please uninstall Nitro Pro and reinstall Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
