Impression d'un document impossible - crash report

Bonjour, depuis hier, impossible d'imprimer un document pdf avec Nitro pro.

J'ai un crash report qui apparait à l'écran. J'ai mis la copie de cet écran sur mon site internet : https://www.apeldurhone.fr/crbst_1.html (en bas de page après le formulaire de contact ) pour que vous puissiez le voir... Que puis-je faire ? Merci de me donner une réponse en français, sinon je ne vais pas m'en sortir...

Hello, since yesterday, impossible to print a pdf document with Nitro pro.

- A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
- What exact version of Nitro you are using (You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.)
- The exact steps you are taking
- A screenshot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving

Thanks for sending the file with the explanation.

I can see that you are using an older build of Nitro Pro 12. Please update your Nitro Pro 12 to version 12.16.3.574. 

That version can be found here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

If the crashing continues, please provide us with the file so we can test it on our end.

Hello, thank you for your message. However, when I downloaded the update, I made a mistake and I downloaded version 13 instead of version 12 ... So my serial number is not recognized ... and I don't can no longer download version 12 because it tells me that I have a higher version ...

How to do? thank you.
