cant activate my license in my new pc

Hi guys, 

I changed my computer, deactivated my license on my old computer and can not actívate it on the new one. After going trhough the online asistance for activation, and clicking on the "Deactivate" button, the following message appears: "Sorry, you may only deactivate 0 devices". Please help!

Hello Juan,

Thank you for contacting us - I'm happy to assist you.

I released your key so you can reactivate. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Can you please try again and let me know how that goes?
