After going trhough the online asistance for activation, and clicking on the "Deactivate" button, the following message appears: "Sorry, you may only deactivate 0 devices". Please help! After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. Can you please try again and let me know how that goes?
